She works as an impactful project designer and manager at ARBOR Impact Design & Consultancy. She designs social impact-oriented projects by blending her belief in change and transformation with her knowledge and skills in the field of sustainability and communication. At Arbor, she provides consultancy services to various actors such as private sector, civil sector, international organizations by taking part in projects that match up with sustainable goals and support social and environmental investment. Thus she reinforces her passion for problem solving based on development through corporate responsibility and sustainability (CRS) projects based on social enterprise processes. She also took an active role in the establishment processes and implementations of “Circle Up” and “Mezunolmadan” initiatives, which serve to empower young people, at Arbor, which acts as an incubator for social enterprises. She is currently a chaperone at Circle Up, where high school students create social impact by discovering themselves and gain 21st century skills through an adventure of entrepreneurship. Circle Up has been selected as one of the 3 most successful social enterprises of Turkey in the international competition called Social Impact Awards (SIA), of which she leaded the incubation process. She voluntarily supports many social initiatives and societies, including “İnci Dönüşüm” and “Koza” Role Model Platform.
When she was a student, she strengthened her motivation to volunteer and generate social impact by taking part in various social awareness projects. She worked at WWF-Turkey in an international campaign called ”Earth Hour”. She completed her undergraduate education at Galatasaray University’s International Relations and Communication Departments doing a double major and was an Erasmus exchange student at Université Libre De Bruxelles. She wrote the thesis titled “China’s role in climate change: Transition to renewable energy”.
