For Abdi İbrahim, with high employee engagement, a consultancy service was provided to create a sustainability roadmap in line with the vision-mission.
“Our paths crossed with Arbor Impact as we were trying to figure out how we could generate more excitement for Abdi İbrahim’s sustainability strategy amongst our employees. For us, it was important to ensure that our sustainability strategy is accepted internally as a vital path, not as a procedure or requirement. In the workshop organized by Aylin Gezgüç and Çağla Yazıcı, we tried to understand sustainability from the lens of “Improving Life”, which is our tag line, without locking it in its lexical meaning. At the end of the process, we established our Sustainability Committee on a voluntary basis. With this committee, we took our strategy in this field one step further and we shook hands to take actions, which were spread and adopted by everyone, in their partnership. Our cooperation with Arbor has supported the establishment of the awareness of being a more willing and more enthusiastic group in our organization to contribute to a better world.”
