2022 Issues, Be Part of the Solution!

We say “yes” to the question that “Will I save the World?”. As an Arbor Impact, we say “Yes. We will save the World altogether, you, I, we… All of us”. Relating with these answers we set 4 titles and 2 subtitles holistically representing our vision to sustainability:

1- Youth Empowerment

Circle Up

According to surveys, young people – who are in high school degrees- see education as a priority developing area for their future. However, the current curriculum of education isn’t seen as adequate by them and they desire to go abroad for quality education and career opportunities. The increasing rate of unhappiness among young people prompted the Arbor Impact. Because we have the vision of creating an impact on society like seedlings’ feeding the forest.

Circle Up provides opportunities to high school teenagers to discover themselves via social entrepreneurship and development via new competencies.

Join us to build a sustainable World with teenagers who are sensitive to social issues and has high confidence!

2-Sustainability and Climate Crisis

The deadline given to us to achieve the Sustainable Development goals is 2030. Since we started working for a sustainable world, the healing steps we have taken have not been enough to repair the damage we have done. We should remember that nature may maintain its existence without humans, but we as humans, cannot live without nature.  Today, we should take much more responsibility, and action with conscious steps for the sustainability and inclusiveness of life.

That is exactly why, as the Arbor Impact team, we have taken the forest fires and mucilage that we have experienced in Turkey and on a global scale as an issue for ourselves. We know that we don’t have time to waste to take action.

Join us to support our movement for a mucilage-free Marmara and regenerative forest ecosystem.

Forest Impact in Struggling with Climate Crisis

Forests that protect us from natural disasters and other disasters such as pollution and drought are the source of our breath. Unfortunately, the rapid and incessant increase in deforestation poses a great risk to both our country and our world. According to research by the WWF deforestation also did not stop during the coronavirus period and increased by exactly 150%. As Arbor Impact, we chose deforestation as one of our main issues this year and we said ”We are in” to support afforestation with the help of cooperation with Ecording .

Join us to regenerate the forests!

Mucilage-free Marmara

Is it possible that the mucilage has disappeared?

Can mucilage, which spoils the unique view of the Bosphorus in Istanbul during the spring and summer seasons and affects tourism in the resorts of Southern Marmara, Mucilage can be lost by cleaning the sea surface?

Underwater diving and photography has shown that mucilage is much more dangerous right now than it was on the surface. Because it’s not visible! Sometimes, unfortunately, we don’t consider the invisible to be a problem. Marine life is struggling with mucilage.

We all know this fact. And we say that mucilage is not a temporary sight, mucilage is a climate problem. For this reason, as the Arbor Impact Team, we do not intend to just raise awareness or accept that our seas are dying.

Join us for a Mucilage-free Marmara in order to Marmara won’t be just in our memories and old photographs!
